· Fitting location: Front Outer (wheel side)

· Design: Integrated ABS tone ring

· Kit contents: Outer CV joint, TPEE CV boot, hose clamps, axle nut, special high-temperature CV joint grease

· Material: CV joint body – chromium-molybdenum steel with medium-frequency quenching; CV boot – TPEE thermoplastic polyester elastomer

Application & Installation Instructions

1. Function: Connects drive shaft and wheel hub, transmits constant torque during steering and suspension travel. The ABS tone ring supplies wheel speed signal to ABS sensor.

2. Failure symptoms for replacement

· Clicking noise from chassis while turning

· Torn CV boot, grease leakage, sand/mud ingress leading to accelerated joint wear

· ABS warning light illuminated due to rusted or damaged ABS tone ring

3. Installation Guidelines

· Always install brand-new TPEE boot and fresh dedicated CV grease. Old grease cannot be reused.

· Tighten axle nut to OEM torque value. Check CV boot for twisting or squeezing after assembly.

· Verify spline count and ABS ring tooth count against original part before fitting. Mismatched teeth will trigger ABS fault.

4. Notes

· Only for FWD Dacia Logan I / Sandero I, NOT suitable for RWD vehicles.

· This is outer CV joint (wheel side), NOT inner gearbox-side joint. Do not interchange.

· Storage: Keep dry, away from direct sunlight, avoid squeezing the CV boot. Pre-filled with CV grease before shipment.
